This DISC behavioral assessment measures and provides insight into four primary behavioral tendencies and emotions. It explores how these come together in a personal blend of style to create our individual DiSC style.

This dynamic tool is not meant to be taken alone! When you take the DiSC Assessment, with the guidance of a certified DiSC coach, you will get the help you need to interpret and understand your results and then create an action plan for improvement.

This simple online assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete.
Once completed, you will schedule a 90-minute one-to-one DiSC debrief session with a certified DiSC coach!
From this session you will gain:
A usable understanding of the 4 different behavioral styles.
A personalized break down with:
Your own personal DiSC profile, including motivators, needs, and areas for improvement
A deeper understanding of how you interact with other styles, including communications, adaptability, and modification tips.
The DiSC Chart to help understand how to have better relationships, conversations, and interactions with the people around you.
And a breakdown of how to utilize and apply all this information beyond your debrief.
